Chef Walter Santschi in our kitchen. Chef Santschi began his culinary journey in the resort town of Interlaken with stops in Geneva, Montreal, the Bahamas, Europe, North Africa ending in Hawaii where he served as coporate chef for the American Hawaii Cruise Line. Chef Santschi has recently joined us in Nemo's kitchen.
Chef Santschi is certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef and has won numerous awards, gold medals and grand prizes in culinary competitions. Please join us in welcoming Chef Walter Santschi to Nemo's!
